and with every living soul that is with you⁺, the birds, the cattle, and every beast of the earth with you⁺, from all those coming out of the ark to all the beasts of the earth.[fn]

from all those coming out of the ark to all the beasts of the earth, indicates two categories: first those which came out of the ark, and then those which live thereafter. This parallels the structure of verse 9 which applies to those present now and those who will be afterwards. See HOTTP.
