Therefore know and discern: from the going forth of the word to restore and to build Jerusalem, to an anointed leader, [there are] seven weeks. And sixty-two weeks it will be built again, with street and moat, even in troublous times.[fn]

And sixty-two weeks it will be built again, this phrase expresses the idea that Jerusalem will remain built until the end of the sixty-two week period. It does not focus on when the building would be taking place. See page 26 in the citation from the footnote at the end of verse 27.
