Literally this reads, 'They surrounded me like a lion my hands and my feet.' This is the reading of the MT which follows HOTTP with a good degree of certainty (B on a scale of A-D). Also see Gesenius who concurs in his lexicon on page 388. Note the similar context of dogs and lions in verses 13, 20 and 21. However, LXX, DSS and other manuscripts may read 'They pierced my hands and my feet'.
