24:1 And Jesus went out from the temple, and was going on his way; and his disciples came to him to show him the buildings of the temple. — ->24:1

24:2 But he answered and said to them, Do you+ not see all these things? Truly I say to you+, There will not be left here one stone on another, that will not be thrown down. — ->24:2

24:3 And as he sat on the mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, Tell us, when will these things be? And what [will be] the sign of your coming, and of the very end of the age? — ->24:3

24:4 And Jesus answered and said to them, Take heed that no man leads you+ astray. — ->24:4

24:5 For many will come in my name, saying, I am the Christ; and will lead many astray. — ->24:5

24:6 And you+ will hear of wars and rumors of wars; see that you+ are not troubled: for [these things] must surely come to pass; but the end is not yet. — ->24:6

24:7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there will be famines and earthquakes in diverse places. — ->24:7

24:8 But all these things are the beginning of travail. — ->24:8

24:9 Then they will deliver you+ up to tribulation, and will kill you+: and you+ will be hated of all the nations for my name's sake.{Ru} ->[24:9-10]

But beware of men: for they will deliver you+ up to Sanhedrins, and in their synagogues they will scourge you+; yes and before governors and kings you+ will be brought for my sake, for a testimony to them and to the Gentiles.

24:10 And then will many stumble, and will deliver up one another, and will hate one another.{Ru} ->[24:13]

And brother will deliver up brother to death, and the father his child: and children will rise up against parents, and cause them to be put to death.

24:11 And many false prophets will arise, and will lead many astray.{Ru} ->[24:24]

For there will arise false Christs, and false prophets, and will show great signs and wonders; so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.

24:12 And because iniquity will be multiplied, the love of the many will wax cold.{Ou}

24:13 But he who endures to the end, the same will be saved.{Ru} ->[24:14]

And you+ will be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he who endures to the end, the same will be saved.

24:14 And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world for a testimony to all the nations; and then the end will come.{Ru} ->[24:10]

yes and before governors and kings you+ will be brought for my sake, for a testimony to them and to the Gentiles.

24:15 When therefore you+ see the detestable thing of desolation, which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (let him who reads understand),{Rus} ->[24:15]

When therefore you+ see the detestable thing of desolation (let him who reads understand),

24:16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains: — ->24:16

24:17 let him who is on the housetop not go down to take out the things that are in his house: — ->24:17

24:18 and let him who is in the field not return back to take his cloak. — ->24:18

24:19 But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who nurse in those days! — ->24:19

24:20 And pray+ that your+ flight not be in the winter, neither on a Sabbath:{Ru} ->[24:20]

And pray+ that your+ flight not be in the winter:

24:21 for then will be great tribulation, such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, nor will ever be. — ->24:21

24:22 And except those days had been shortened, no flesh would have been saved: but for the elect's sake those days will be shortened. — ->24:22

24:23 Then if any man will say to you+, Look, here is the Christ, or, Here; don't believe [it].{Ru} ->[24:23]

Then if any man will say to you+, Look, here is the Christ, or, Look, there; don't believe [it].

24:24 For there will arise false Christs, and false prophets, and will show great signs and wonders; so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. — ->24:24

24:25 Look, I have told you+ beforehand.{Ru} ->[24:25]

But take+ heed: I have told you+ all things beforehand.

24:26 If therefore they will say to you+, Look, he is in the wilderness; don't go forth: Look, he is in the inner chambers; don't believe [it]. — ->20:17

24:27 For as the lightning comes forth from the east, and is seen even to the west; so will be the coming of the Son of Man. — ->20:18

24:28 Wherever the carcase is, there the eagles will be gathered together. — ->20:19

24:29 But immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give her light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken: — ->24:26

24:30 and then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven: and then will all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming upon the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. — {Ru} ->[24:27]

And then they will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory.

24:31 And he will send forth his angels with a great trumpet, and they will gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. — {Ru} ->[24:28]

And then he will send forth the angels, and will gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

24:32 Now from the fig tree learn her parable: when her branch has now become tender, and puts forth its leaves, you+ know that the summer is near; — ->24:29

24:33 even so you+ also, when you+ see all these things, you+ know that he is near, [even] at the doors. — ->24:30

24:34 Truly I say to you+, This generation will not pass away, until all these things are accomplished. — ->24:31

24:35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away. — ->24:32

24:36 But of that day and hour knows no one, not even the angels of heaven nor even the Son, but the Father only.{Ouc}

24:37 For as [were] the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. — ->16:35

24:38 For as in those days which were before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, — ->16:36

24:39 and they didn't know until the flood came, and took them all away; so also will be the coming of the Son of Man. — ->16:37

24:40 Then will two men be in the field; one is taken, and one is left: — ->16:38

24:41 two women [will be] grinding at the mill; one is taken, and one is left. — ->16:39

24:42 Watch therefore: for you+ don't know on what day your+ Lord comes.{Ou}

24:43 But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what watch the thief was coming, he would have watched, and would not have allowed his house to be broken through. — ->16:26

24:44 Therefore you+ also be ready; for in an hour that you+ do not think the Son of Man comes. — ->16:27

24:45 Who then is the faithful and wise slave, whom his lord has set over his household, to give them their food in due season? — ->16:28

24:46 Blessed is that slave, whom his lord when he comes will find so doing. — ->16:29

24:47 Truly I say to you+, that he will set him over all that he has. — ->16:30

24:48 But if that evil slave will say in his heart, My lord tarries; — ->16:31

24:49 and will begin to beat his fellow slaves, and will eat and drink with the drunks; — {Ru} ->[16:32]

and begins to beat his fellow slaves, and to eat and drink, and to be drunk;

24:50 the lord of that slave will come in a day when he does not expect, and in an hour when he does not know, — ->16:33

24:51 and will cut him apart, and appoint his portion with the hypocrites: there will be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.{Ou}
