How long, O Yahweh? Will you forget me forever?How long will you hide your face from me?
2
How long shall I take counsel in my soul,Having sorrow in my heart all the day?How long will my enemy be exalted over me?
3
Consider [and] answer me, O Yahweh my God:Lighten my eyes, or else I will sleep the [sleep of] death;
4
Or else my enemy will say, I have prevailed against him;[and] my adversaries will rejoice when I am moved.
5
But I have trusted in your loving-kindness;My heart will rejoice in your salvation.
6
I will sing to Yahweh,Because he has dealt bountifully with me.
