Achaz

Achaz is an older transliteration of the name of Ahaz, the idolatrous king of Judah who succeeded Jotham, faced the Syro-Ephraimite invasion, plundered the temple for tribute, and was rebuked by Isaiah before Hezekiah his son took the throne.
