Alush

Alush is a wilderness campsite on the Israelite journey from Egypt, recorded in the itinerary of Numbers 33.

A Station in the Wilderness

Num 33:13 places Alush on the route between Dophkah and the next encampment: "They journeyed from Dophkah, and encamped in Alush." The verse is part of the summary itinerary Moses recorded of the Israelites' forty-year journey, listing each station from Rameses to the plains of Moab.
