Ammah

Ammah is a hill in the territory of Benjamin, situated before Giah by the way of the wilderness of Gibeon. It marks the point in the pursuit of Abner where Joab and Abishai overtook him as the sun set. The hill is named in 2Sam 2:24: "But Joab and Abishai pursued after Abner: and the sun went down when they had come to the hill of Ammah, that lies before Giah by the way of the wilderness of Gibeon."
