Armoni

Armoni was a son of Saul and Rizpah, the daughter of Aiah. He appears in the account of the Gibeonite reckoning during David's reign, when seven of Saul's descendants were handed over to the Gibeonites as recompense for Saul's violation of the old covenant with them: "But the king took the two sons of Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, whom she bore to Saul, Armoni and Mephibosheth; and the five sons of Michal the daughter of Saul, whom she bore to Adriel the son of Barzillai the Meholathite" (2 Sam 21:8).

Armoni is named alongside his brother Mephibosheth as one of Rizpah's two sons surrendered to the Gibeonites. The five additional men delivered were born through Michal to Adriel. The UPDV presents the list as a discrete act of the king — a measured reckoning in response to the Gibeonite grievance against the house of Saul.
