Atarah

Atarah was a wife of Jerahmeel, a descendant of Hezron in the tribe of Judah, and the mother of Onam. Her name appears in the genealogical record of the Judahite clan of Jerahmeel.

The genealogy in 1Ch 2:26 records: "And Jerahmeel had another wife, whose name was Atarah; she was the mother of Onam." The designation "another wife" distinguishes her from Jerahmeel's first wife, and her identification as the mother of Onam establishes her line within the broader Judahite genealogy.
