Basmath, the daughter of Solomon, appears in the roster of officers Solomon set over the kingdom and the husbands they were given.

Daughter of Solomon

In the list of Solomon's twelve provincial officers who provided victuals for the king and his household, the entry for the territory of Naphtali names "Ahimaaz, in Naphtali (he also took Basemath the daughter of Solomon as wife)" (1Ki 4:15). The notice records Basemath only as a dynastic link: a royal daughter married to one of Solomon's regional administrators, binding the officer over Naphtali into the king's family.
