Betah is a city of Hadadezer that yielded bronze to David in the northern wars.

In the summary of David's spoils from his campaign against the king of Zobah, Betah is paired with Berothai as a source of metal: "And from Betah and from Berothai, cities of Hadadezer, King David took exceedingly much bronze" (2 Sam 8:8).
