Beulah
Beulah is the new name given to the land of restored Zion, paired with Hephzi-bah for the people, in the prophetic reversal of "Forsaken" and "Desolate."
A New Name for the Land
The renaming of land and people is set against the older terms cast off in restoration: "You will no more be termed Forsaken; neither will your land anymore be termed Desolate: but you will be called Hephzi-bah, and your land Beulah; for Yahweh delights in you, and your land will be married" (Isa 62:4). The two new names are spoken in the same breath — Hephzi-bah ("my delight is in her") for the people and Beulah ("married") for the land — with the reason given in the next clause: Yahweh's delight, and the land's marriage.
