Chislon

Chislon appears once in scripture, named only as the father of a tribal representative of Benjamin during the apportionment of Canaan.

Father of Elidad

When Yahweh appointed leaders to divide the land west of the Jordan among the tribes, Benjamin's man was Elidad son of Chislon: "Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon" (Num 34:21). Nothing else is recorded of him; his name survives only through his son's commission.
