Chrysolyte
Chrysolyte — spelled chrysolite in the UPDV — is one of the twelve precious stones set in the foundations of the New Jerusalem.
A Precious Stone of the New Jerusalem
In John's vision of the city's wall, the seventh foundation stone is named: "the fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, topaz; the tenth, chrysoprase; the eleventh, jacinth; the twelfth, amethyst" (Rev 21:20). The stone takes its place in an ordered series of twelve, between sardius and beryl.
