Col-Hozeh

Col-Hozeh (UPDV: Colhozeh) appears once in a post-exilic genealogy, named only as a link in a chain of fathers among those resettled in Jerusalem.

Genealogical Notice

He stands two generations back from Maaseiah in the line of Judahites who settled in the city after the return: "and Maaseiah the son of Baruch, the son of Colhozeh, the son of Hazaiah, the son of Adaiah, the son of Joiarib, the son of Zechariah, the son of the Shilonite" (Neh 11:5). Nothing further is recorded of him beyond his place in Baruch's ancestry.
