Crimination
Crimination names the act of charging another with wrongdoing, and in the topical structure of scripture it is treated as the counterpart to self-crimination — the moments when guilt is acknowledged or pronounced by the offender's own words. The biblical witness gathers cases in which a person, pressed by conscience or confronted with judgment, accuses himself or herself before God or before others.
