Hanniel
Two men carry the name Hanniel — one a Manassite prince during the wilderness period, one a head of household in the Asher genealogy. UPDV uses the same spelling "Hanniel" for both.
The Manassite prince at the land division
When Moses lists the men assigned to divide the inheritance among the tribes, Manasseh's representative is named: "Of the sons of Joseph: of the tribe of the sons of Manasseh a prince, Hanniel the son of Ephod" (Nu 34:23). He stands as the appointed Manassite head in the company that will partition Canaan.
A son of Ulla in Asher
The second appearance is in the Asherite genealogy, where he is one of three brothers: "And the sons of Ulla: Arah, and Hanniel, and Rizia" (1 Ch 7:39). Different father, different tribe, same name.
