Hasadiah

Hasadiah is named once, listed among the descendants of Zerubbabel in the postexilic Davidic genealogy.

Son of Zerubbabel

The Chronicler's tally of Zerubbabel's line closes a row of names with a count: "and Hashubah, and Ohel, and Berechiah, and Hasadiah, Jushab-hesed, five" (1Ch 3:20). Hasadiah stands fourth in that group of five, his place secured in the postexilic record of David's house even though no further detail attaches to him.
