Iscah appears once, named at the end of the Terahite genealogy that prepares Abram's call.

Daughter of Haran

The verse pairs Abram's marriage to Sarai with Nahor's marriage to Milcah, then closes with a parenthetical note about Haran's daughters: "And Abram and Nahor took them wives: The name of Abram's wife was Sarai; and the name of Nahor's wife, Milcah, the daughter of Haran, the father of Milcah, and the father of Iscah" (Ge 11:29). Haran is identified as Iscah's father; Milcah, her sister, marries her uncle Nahor. Iscah herself receives no further mention in the text.
