Kedemah
Kedemah is the last-named son of Ishmael, appearing only in the two genealogical lists that catalog Ishmael's twelve sons.
In the Ishmaelite Genealogy
Genesis closes its roll of Ishmael's sons with Kedemah at the end of the line: "Hadad, and Tema, Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah" (Gen 25:15). The Chronicler reproduces the same conclusion when he summarizes the same family: "Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah. These are the sons of Ishmael" (1 Chr 1:31). No narrative attaches to him beyond his place in the line; the name carries the genealogy to its end and identifies him as part of Ishmael's twelve.
