Machnadebai

Machnadebai is named once in scripture, in Ezra's roll of returned exiles who had married foreign wives.

His name appears within the closing names of that roll: "Machnadebai, Shashai, Sharai," (Ezr 10:40). The chapter ends by collecting all the men in the list under one summary: "All these had taken foreign wives; and some of them had wives by whom they had sons" (Ezr 10:44).
