Magadan

Magadan is a location on the shore of the Sea of Galilee to which Jesus crossed by boat after feeding the four thousand. UPDV records in Matthew 11:37 (corresponding to standard Mt 15:39): "And he sent away the multitudes, and entered into the boat, and came into the borders of Magadan." UPDV follows the NA28 critical text, which reads Magadan at this point rather than the variant Magdala found in some manuscripts.
