Mehir

Mehir appears once in scripture, in a Judahite genealogy preserved in Chronicles.

In the Line of Chelub

The line is given succinctly: "And Chelub the brother of Shuhah begot Mehir, who was the father of Eshton" (1Ch 4:11). Mehir stands between his father Chelub and his son Eshton, set within the wider genealogy of Judah.
