Mehujael

Mehujael appears once, fixed in the antediluvian genealogy that runs through Cain to Lamech.

In the Line of Cain

The succession is given in a single verse: "And to Enoch was born Irad: and Irad begot Mehujael: and Mehujael begot Methushael; and Methushael begot Lamech" (Gen 4:18). Mehujael stands between Irad his father and Methushael his son, three generations downstream from Cain's son Enoch.
