Milalai

Milalai is named once in scripture, in the company that took part in the dedication of the walls of Jerusalem under Nehemiah.

At the Dedication of the Walls

He appears among the brothers carrying the musical instruments of David in the procession Ezra led: "and his brothers, Shemaiah, and Azarel, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Nethanel, and Judah, Hanani, with the musical instruments of David the man of God; and Ezra the scribe was before them" (Ne 12:36). The text gives no further detail about him beyond his place in this dedication procession.
