Moadiah
Moadiah is named once, as a priestly father-house represented in the register of priests in the days of Joiakim, son of Jeshua.
A Priestly Father-House Under Joiakim
The Nehemiah register opens with the framing for the whole list:
"And in the days of Joiakim were priests, heads of fathers' [houses]: of Seraiah, Meraiah; of Jeremiah, Hananiah" (Neh 12:12).
Moadiah's house appears further down in the same series, paired with the head who represented it in that generation:
"of Abijah, Zichri; of Miniamin, of Moadiah, Piltai" (Neh 12:17).
The pattern of the list — "of [father-house], [representative]" — places Moadiah among the priestly father-houses standing in Jerusalem after the return, named alongside houses like Abijah, Bilgah, Shemaiah, and Jedaiah (Neh 12:12-21). No further detail about the man or the house is given beyond this single notice.
