Naam is named once, in the genealogy of Caleb the son of Jephunneh in the Chronicler's record.

A Son of Caleb

The line that places Naam in the family of Caleb reads: "And the sons of Caleb the son of Jephunneh: Iru, Elah, and Naam; and the sons of Elah; and Kenaz." (1Chr 4:15). He is identified only by this position among Caleb's sons; nothing further is recorded of him.
