Parmashta

Parmashta is one of the ten sons of Haman the Agagite, killed at Susa during the Jewish self-defense recorded in Esther.

Son of Haman

The name occurs once, in the roster of Haman's sons listed among those slain on the thirteenth of Adar: "and Parmashta, and Arisai, and Aridai, and Vaizatha," (Esth 9:9). Parmashta is named without further detail; the verse does not narrate his actions but records his death alongside his nine brothers in the broader tally of those who fell at Susa.
