Pinnacle (Wing)

The pinnacle of the temple is the high point of the Jerusalem sanctuary complex — literally a "wing" or projecting edge. In the canonical Synoptic tradition it appears in the temptation narrative, but that narrative is not retained in the UPDV text. See Variant Exceptions.
