Raham
Raham is a descendant in the Calebite branch of Judah's genealogy, named once as son of Shema and father of Jorkeam. He appears only in the genealogical list of 1 Chronicles.
Son of Shema
Raham's place in the line is fixed by a single notice: "And Shema begot Raham, the father of Jorkeam; and Rekem begot Shammai" (1Ch 2:44). The Chronicler links three generations through Raham — from his father Shema down to his son Jorkeam — within the wider family of Caleb.
