Shaalim

Shaalim is a district in the hill country searched by Saul and his servant during the hunt for his father's lost donkeys, mentioned once in UPDV at 1 Samuel 9:4: "then they passed through the land of Shaalim, and they were not there."

The verse places Shaalim alongside the districts of Shalishah and Benjamin as successive territories traversed in the search, though the animals were not found in any of them.
