Shalishah
Shalishah is a district in the hill country of Ephraim through which Saul traveled while searching for his father's lost donkeys, mentioned in UPDV at 1 Samuel 9:4: "he passed through the land of Shalishah, but they didn't find them."
The name also survives in the compound place name Baal-shalishah, from which a man brought firstfruits bread to the prophet Elisha (2 Kings 4:42), indicating a settled area in Ephraim associated with that toponym.
