Sinner

A sinner is a person who lives in settled rebellion against Yahweh — characterized by wickedness, false hope, hatred of reproof, and a present and future state contrasted with that of the righteous. Scripture holds the sinner under divine warning while extending genuine gospel invitation and the offer of mercy.
