Suah

Suah appears once, in the genealogy of Asher: "The sons of Zophah: Suah, and Harnepher, and Shual, and Beri, and Imrah" (1Ch 7:36). The list places him as a grandson of Helem in Asher's tribal line.

Place in the Asherite Genealogy

The chapter walks down the Asher line from the patriarch through his sons and grandsons (1Ch 7:30-40). Suah's father Zophah belongs to the household of Helem (1Ch 7:35), and the wider family is summed up at the end as "the sons of Asher, heads of the fathers' houses, choice and mighty men of valor" (1Ch 7:40). Beyond his name and his father, the text says nothing further about him.
