Tamah
Tamah is the head of a Nethinim family whose descendants return from exile. The UPDV renders the name "Temah" in both registers where it occurs.
One of the Nethinim
In Nehemiah's roll of the returning temple servants, the family head appears in sequence with two others: "the sons of Barkos, the sons of Sisera, the sons of Temah" (Ne 7:55).
The Parallel Register
The Ezra list of the same returnees preserves the same sequence and the same UPDV spelling: "the sons of Barkos, the sons of Sisera, the sons of Temah" (Ezr 2:53). The two registers stand in parallel, naming the same family among the Nethinim who came back with Zerubbabel.
