Tilon

Tilon is a name that appears once in scripture, listed among the sons of Shimon in the Judahite genealogy of 1 Chronicles 4.

Son of Shimon

The chronicler's register places Tilon at the end of a short line of brothers: "And the sons of Shimon: Amnon, and Rinnah, Ben-hanan, and Tilon. And the sons of Ishi: Zoheth, and Ben-zoheth" (1Ch 4:20). Nothing further is said of him; the genealogy supplies the name without narrative.
